Rapid Set® Cement
Fast Setting, High Performance Cement

Rapid Set® Cement is a very fast setting hydraulic cement used in concrete and cement repair applications requiring the highest durability and fastest strength gain. Rapid Set® Cement may be mixed with a wide variety of aggregates to produce customized one-hour strength concrete or CTS Cement Komponent®
Additive for Non-Shrink and Low-Shrinkage Concrete

When incorporated into a concrete mix design, Komponent® can reduce or eliminate shrinkage cracking in concrete, and reduce the number of joints in the slab. Applications include bridge decks, parking structures, slabs on grade, and containment tanks. Komponent® should be strongly considered whenever Type-K Cement is specified in a project, as it is often a more cost-efficient option.
Rapid Set® WunderFixx®
Concrete Patching Compound

WunderFixx® Concrete Patching Compound is a durable, fast setting, one component concrete patching material formulated with a premium grade hydraulic cement, high performance polymers, and a finely ground aggregate. When mixed with water WunderFixx® produces a workable, easy to apply mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. Trowel WunderFixx® over existing concrete in thicknesses from feather-edge to ½” to achieve a smooth and uniform concrete appearance. After application, WunderFixx® may be sanded to achieve an ultra smooth finish.

Concrete Pharmacy® SET Control®

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Designed for use with Rapid Set® cement products and most other packaged hydraulic cements, SET Control® slows down the setting time of cement allowing you more time to place and finish your concrete, mortar, and grout materials. This extra time is often needed when making large or intricate placements (more than one cubic foot) of grout, mortar, or concrete. In warm weather when cement naturally sets faster, SET Control® works to slow down the hardening of the cement.
Concrete Pharmacy® FLOW Control®

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Designed for use with Rapid Set® cement products and most other packaged hydraulic cements, FLOW Control® performs two functions. First, adding FLOW to your mix will significantly increase the fluidity of the mixture. A stiff mix becomes soupier when using FLOW. Second, FLOW increases the strength and reduces the shrinkage of your mixture when you use the FLOW as a replacement for mixing water. When using FLOW, the same working consistency (or slump) may be produced with approximately 20% to 40% less mixing water.
Concrete Pharmacy® FIBER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Designed for use with Rapid Set® cement products and most other packaged hydraulic cement products, FIBER reinforcing additive increases impact resistance and controls shrinkage cracking in concrete, mortar, and grout mixes. FIBER is ideal for applications where secondary reinforcement is required.
Concrete Pharmacy® BOND
Latex Polymer Bonding Additive

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Designed for use with Rapid Set® cement products and most other packaged hydraulic cements, BOND latex polymer additive increases the workability and adhesion properties of cement. By adding BOND, your mixture will become much more “sticky” allowing you to successfully bond to a variety of surfaces including concrete, brick, tile, wood, plaster, concrete block, stone, and asphalt.

Designed for use with Rapid Set® cement products and most other packaged hydraulic cements, FAST accelerating additive increases the rate of hardening for cement. FAST is ideal for cold weather applications or for projects that require the fastest set times.

Color Additive

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
By adding DARK from the Concrete Pharmacy®, your cement, concrete, mortar, plaster, and grout mixtures will become darker in color. Use increased quantities of DARK to match new concrete to existing concrete or to produce a custom-color concrete. DARK is effective with virtually all types of cement mixtures and may be used in conjunction with all products of the Concrete Pharmacy®.
